Exchange Policy
At BXXY Shoes USA, we want you to love every pair of shoes you purchase from us. If your order doesn’t fit perfectly or you need a different size, color, or style, our exchange process is simple and customer-friendly. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how exchanges work for U.S. customers.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:

Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including the shoe box, tags, and packaging.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or odor are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges are only available for products purchased directly from www.bxxyusa.com.

Items purchased from authorized retailers or marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) must be exchanged through those platforms directly.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and operational reasons, we do not accept exchanges on:

Clearance, sale, or final markdown items

Gift cards or promotional vouchers

Limited-edition or custom footwear
-
Accessories (socks, insoles, laces, etc.)
3. Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate an exchange:

Submit a Request
Visit our Exchange Request Page or contact our Customer Support team at support@bxxyusa.com with your order number, product details, and reason for exchange. -
Receive a Return Label
Once your request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label. The label must be used within 7 days of receipt. -
Ship Your Item

Pack your item securely in its original box.

Include the original invoice or order confirmation.

Drop off the parcel at your nearest USPS location.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 3–5 business days.

If approved, we’ll dispatch your replacement item within 5–7 business days and email you a tracking number.

4. Exchange for a Different Product
If you wish to exchange for a different product or style, rather than a size or color:

You’ll need to return the original item for a refund or store credit, then place a new order.

Store credits are issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
5. Exchange Shipping Costs

Your first exchange per order is free within the continental U.S.
-
For subsequent exchanges or exchanges from Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, a flat $10 return shipping fee applies.

International customers are responsible for both inbound and outbound shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Contact us immediately at support@bxxyusa.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue.

We will replace the defective item at no cost or offer a full refund, depending on your preference.
We stand behind the craftsmanship of all BXXY products and are committed to resolving any product issues promptly.
7. Processing Time
From the date your return parcel reaches our warehouse, please allow:

3–5 business days for inspection

5–7 business days for shipment of replacement item
You will receive email updates at every stage.
8. Store Credit Option
If your requested exchange size or product is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the same value (including taxes, excluding shipping fees), valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
9. Responsibility
BXXY Shoes USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit back to our facility. Please retain your return shipping receipt or tracking number until your exchange is confirmed.
