Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds

If you have returned an item under our Return Policy, and it is accepted, then you become eligible for a refund.

The refund applies only to items that:

Were purchased directly from BXXY Shoes USA via our U.S. e-commerce site.

Are returned in accordance with our Return Policy (i.e., within the return window, in original condition, tags intact, unused, original packaging) and passed inspection.

Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, or items marked “Final Sale” may be ineligible for refunds (or may be eligible only for store credit). You should clearly list any such exclusions at purchase.

Refunds will be made only to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). We do not provide refunds in cash or via alternate payment methods unless explicitly stated.
2. Timing of Refunds

Once we have received the returned item, processed it, and confirmed eligibility, we will notify you via email with a refund approval (or rejection) notice.

If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our approval. Depending on your bank/card issuer, it may take additional time (often up to 10 business days) for the credit to appear in your account.

If we determine that your return does not meet eligibility conditions (e.g., item shows wear, tags missing, outside return window, etc.), we may issue a partial refund or no refund. We will clearly communicate the reason for any reduction or denial.
3. Refund Amount & Deductions

The refund amount will include the cost of the returned item (minus any applicable deductions described here) but usually not include the original shipping charge paid by you, unless the return is due to our error (defective merchandise, wrong item shipped).

If you used a coupon or promotional discount on the original purchase, the refund amount will reflect the discounted purchase price (i.e., the amount you actually paid).

If a return shipping fee applies (see our Return Policy: for non-defect reasons you may be responsible for shipping), that fee may be deducted from the refund.

If the item’s condition has diminished (e.g., worn, damaged, missing parts/tags) we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee or reduce the refund amount accordingly.
4. Refund vs. Exchange vs. Store Credit

We encourage exchanges (different size or color) instead of refunds, as exchanges often provide faster fulfilment of the desired product.

If you prefer a refund, you may choose that option rather than exchange, provided you meet the refund eligibility.

In certain cases (promotional items, limited-edition products, or as outlined at the time of purchase) we may offer store credit in lieu of a cash/credit-card refund. This will always be communicated clearly at the time of purchase or return.

Once a refund is processed, the return transaction is complete. If you later wish to purchase a replacement item, you must place a new order (subject to availability).
5. How to Initiate a Refund

The refund process begins with initiating a return under our Return Policy:

Contact customer service at refunds@bxxyusa.com (or via our Returns/Exchanges portal) with your order number and reason for return.

Once the item is shipped back, ensure you obtain tracking information and keep proof of shipment.

After the return is received and inspected, we will issue the refund following the timeline above.

Please note: refunds will not be processed until we receive the returned item and verify its condition; so until that inspection is complete, the refund remains pending.
6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the timeframe above (5–10 business days after approval), please first check with your bank or card issuer — sometimes the time required for the transaction to be posted varies.

If you still have not seen the refund, please email us at refunds@bxxyusa.com and provide: your order number, date of return, tracking information, and the method of payment used.
7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update or modify this refund policy at any time, in our discretion. The version applicable is the one in effect at the time your purchase was made.
