Shipping Policy

At BXXY Shoes USA, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery timeframes, carriers, and order tracking.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete and a follow-up email containing tracking details once the shipment is dispatched.

  • During high-volume periods (holiday season, sale events), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship across all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are as follows:

Note: Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.


3. Free Shipping Policy

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts).
Orders below that threshold will incur a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $7.99.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.


4. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa) at this time.

  • For customers in Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 1–2 additional business days for delivery.

  • International shipping options will be announced soon as BXXY expands globally.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • A tracking number

  • Carrier details

  • Real-time delivery updates

You can also log into your BXXY account or use the “Track My Order” link on our website to check your shipment status anytime.


6. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure that all shipping information entered during checkout is accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

  • Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.


7. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product, and contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at support@bxxyusa.com.

  • If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

    1. Verify the delivery address entered at checkout.

    2. Check around your residence and with neighbors.

    3. Wait 24 hours in case of delayed carrier scanning.

    4. If still undelivered, contact support@bxxyusa.com for assistance.

  • We will coordinate with the carrier and determine next steps. Replacement or refund decisions will be made based on investigation results.


8. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately from different fulfillment centers for faster delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package if applicable.


9. Order Cancellations or Modifications

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment.

  • Once an order has entered the shipping queue, it cannot be canceled. You may still return the order once it is delivered, as per our Return Policy.

  • To request a cancellation, contact orders@bxxyusa.com immediately with your order number.


10. Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen events may cause delays (e.g., severe weather, customs inspections, carrier volume spikes). We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.
