Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
At BXXY Shoes USA, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return items according to the following conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date of the order, unless otherwise specified in a promotional or seasonal offer.

The merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging, tags attached, and the shoe box in its original state (no tape or shipment labels on the box) — this mirrors the standard used by leading footwear brands.

Shoes must not show signs of wear (such as scuffing, dirt, creasing in the uppers, or sole wear) other than the brief indoor try-on normally allowed. Returns that do not meet this condition may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

Items marked “Final Sale”, “Clearance” or otherwise designated as non-returnable at purchase are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team via email at returns@bxxyusa.com (or use the “Return/Exchange” portal on our website). Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns per section 4 below).

Pack the item securely in its original box, include all materials and documentation (shoe box, tags, packing slip), affix the return label to the outer shipping box (not the inner shoebox), and drop off at the carrier specified.

Keep your tracking number and the return reference number for your records.
3. Return Shipping & Costs

For returns due to manufacturer defects, defective items, or shipping the wrong item: we will cover the return shipping cost, and refund you in full (including original shipping, if any).

For returns due to preference (wrong size, change of mind, or other non-defect reason):

If you use the prepaid label we provide, a return shipping fee of US $ 7.99 will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise indicated in a promotion.

Alternatively, you may ship via your own carrier, but you accept full responsibility for the cost and risk of shipping; when we receive the item and accept the return, we will refund the merchandise value minus any applicable fees.

Please note that the original shipping cost (the amount you paid to have the product delivered) is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defect.
4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned package and inspect it, we will process your refund. You will receive notification via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit (this may vary up to 10 business days).

If the returned item fails to meet the condition requirements (e.g., shows signs of wear, missing tags/box), we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Any promotional discount applied to the original purchase may be proportionally applied to the refund amount (e.g., if the purchase used a “20 % off” coupon, the refund may reflect the discounted amount).

Refunds for gift card purchases: The refund will be credited as a new BXXY Shoes USA e-gift card unless otherwise stated at purchase.
5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, you may do so via the return process above — once your original item is received and accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item. If the replacement item is in stock, and you notify us at the time of your return request, we may expedite the shipment of the new item and waive the additional shipping charge.

One free size/colour exchange per order is permitted (for U.S. domestic shipping only). For subsequent exchanges, we reserve the right to charge standard return shipping fees.

If the replacement item is not available, we will complete the refund per section 4.
6. Additional Notes

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and description. We will arrange a full refund or exchange, and cover return shipping.

Returns from U.S. Territories or APO/FPO Addresses: Returns from Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses are eligible. Please contact Customer Service to generate an appropriate shipping label; shipping fees may vary.

Eligibility Period Extension: During promotional periods (such as holiday sales) we may extend the return window (e.g., 45 or 60 days). These extensions will be clearly stated in the promotion.

Right to Refuse Returns: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or appear to be abused.

Tax/Customs: For U.S. domestic orders, the item price and applicable sales tax will be refunded. Any duties or customs charges do not apply domestically.

Modification of Policy: We may update this policy from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase is the version in effect at the time you placed your order.
